This past April 25th, I had the privilege of capturing Heidi and James during their prom session at Hillcrest Park in Fullerton. While the misty rain and chilly grey skies created a backdrop that might deter some, we chose to embrace it—setting ourselves apart from the usual crowded spots to focus on the beauty of the moment by the park’s fountain.
My approach is centered on raw emotion and sincerity. I sought to document their authentic selves, capturing those real, candid exchanges that truly reflect who they are. No stiff poses, just heartfelt moments that tell the story of their special night.
